To search for sessions, navigate to the Sessions page. The default search input box will find sessions based on the recorded user’s name or email if set during Installation.
The left sidebar will include Default filters and Saved filters.
To search along other criteria, click Filters.
Default search filters
- Progress status (ongoing or completed)
- User journey (new or returning)
- UserID (set by you, usually email or username)
- Saved status
- Pages visited
- Created at
- Total time
- Active time
- Events: Select from your Saved events
- Issues: Filter for sessions with or without issues, if you have issues enabled in Billing
- Screen height
- Screen width
- Operating system
- Browser
